The question here is, who is the monster ?

Love certainly isn't in Meisha's native language, neither are "taking care of" and "I love you"...
But "I hate you" doesn't exist as well because the above ones doesn't.

Meisha's eyes are supposed to be smaller too, and he kind of looks like a teenager...
